Our Organisation
We are a leading motor retail and aftersales company in the UK. We currently operate out of two sites in Essex.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chains are predominantly the major international motor manufacturers who take the issue of slavery and human trafficking seriously.
Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we will be carrying out risk assessments to identify and access potential risk areas in out supply chains.
We will nominate a senior representation within our business to identify and mitigate against such risks.
Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chains we provide awareness training to our senior management on how to identify and report by following the procedures set. We have an appropriate whistleblowing procedures procedure for staff to raise these issues.
This is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes out Groups slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2019.
