Nothing to improve. Over the years I have come to trust Rate of Grays. Even though EAG are nearer to me I take my car to Rates. I love the service they provide to come to Dunton to pick up my car and then return it tome washed. I really like the way that you now get an email and a video of the inspection work being carried put and an explanation of what is wrong.

You always feel so important when you enter Rates, you are treated as if you are the most important customer they have, itreally is like my family, I know that is corny, but it is how I feel. There is an atmosphere at rates that is quite unique, everybody smiles. Even othercustomer smile, so it not only me they make happy. I have been returning to Rates for many years now, I actually went to an independent dealer a couple of years ago but the lack of customer service sent me straight back to Rates, and I will not stray again. It’s actually work paying a couple of pounds a month more just the customer service.
