PARTS ADVISOR

Customer satisfaction is core to our business and, specifically, this position. Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing role and a passion for the motor trade. You will be professional and courteous under pressure and during busy periods. You will also be adaptable and will enjoy working alongside a small, but successful, team as we undertake a period of growth and development.

A brief overview of what this role includes:

- Booking in services, MOT, repairs, etc, both over the phone and face to face
- Handling customer queries
- Handover of customer vehicles
- Liasing with technicians and other members of the workshop & bodyshop team
- Ordering parts into stock
- Selling parts over-the-counter and to trade

Reporting to our Aftersales Manager, this role would eventually involve some Saturday AM work.

Experience in a service reception environment is preferred, but not necessary. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Good ICT skills are essential, whilst experience of motor trade ICT systems would be an advantage.
